- High motivation to build excellent product and user experience
- Fluent English communication
- Additional European languages are an advantage
Aufgaben
- Lead the Business Intelligence roadmap for Western Europe
- Develop the right dashboards
- Drive dashboard usage with department heads, especially in sales
- Ensure high-quality master data
- Collaborate with development teams on data modeling and backend work
- Model customer, product, sales, and commercial data
- Create dashboards, analytics models, and insights in Salesforce CRMA+
- Empower Sales, Country Management, and regional leadership with insights
- Provide functional guidance to local BI developers in Austria, Belgium, and the Netherlands
- Guide BI developers on requirements, KPI definitions, and dashboard development
- Develop country-specific dashboards for Italy, Switzerland, and the Nordics
- Use shared datasets and harmonized KPIs for country dashboards
- Maintain and enhance running dashboards
- Perform bug fixes on dashboards
- Improve dashboard user experience (UX)
- Update dashboard KPIs
