Anforderungen
- •Third-level qualification with strong academic track record
- •Strong interest in capital markets
- •Relevant experience in investment industry
- •Energy, proactivity, and attention to detail
- •Ability to manage multiple projects, stakeholders, and deliverables
- •Proven team player characteristics and interpersonal skills
- •Strong IT skills (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
- •Experience in business development and preparing business proposals
- •Understanding of institutional investment landscape and structures
- •Experience with private-markets asset classes such as private equity/private debt
- •Creative thinking with high standards of output
- •Ability to communicate complex issues simply and coherently
- •Very good German and English speaking and writing skills

- •Develop in-depth knowledge of Mercer’s investment research and client solutions
- •Collaborate with sales and commercial leadership on business development activities
- •Own key sales deliverables, including new business proposals and pitch materials
- •Support the rollout of new tools and product launches
- •Contribute to marketing initiatives and go-to-market strategies
- •Conduct market research and gather intelligence
- •Guide and coach junior colleagues
- •Participate in the continuous development of the team
