Anforderungen
- •Master's degree or equivalent in business, economics, engineering or related fields
- •More than 3 years experience in strategy consulting or industry
- •Previous working experience in consumer health and/or pharmaceutical industry
- •Strong business orientation
- •Ability to see opportunities and possibilities
- •Strong interpersonal skills
- •Entrepreneurial spirit and high curiosity
- •High level of integrity and results-orientation
- •Strong stakeholder relation management skills
- •Experience in leading cross-functional projects
- •Strong project and process management skills
- •Excellent communication, presentation, and material preparation skills
- •Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
- •Proficiency in MS Office and business intelligence tools
- •Fluency in German and English in verbal and written communication
- •Willingness to travel

- •Identify ecosystem partnership and investment targets
- •Develop and assess business models
- •Prepare documentation for top management and the Körber Group executive board
- •Lead strategic initiatives and roadmaps with high growth impact
- •Steer and consult on go-to-market strategy workstreams
- •Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement overall strategy
- •Lead selected strategic projects in cooperation with the leadership team
- •Engage with executive stakeholders across the Pharma Business Area
- •Support the establishment and harmonization of Business Development processes
