  • Proven track record in managing new business targets
  • Knowledge of the French hospitality industry

  • Working knowledge of CRM systems
  • Excellent IT skills including Excel, Word, PowerPoint
  • German/English speaker with medium/high-level of one Central/East European language
  • Proven ability to drive sales

Aufgaben

  • Build an annual Sales Development plan
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of business opportunities
  • Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual new business sales targets
  • Retain existing customers and extend their service contracts
  • Maximize revenue opportunities and ensure business profitability
  • Respond to customer and partner queries professionally and promptly
  • Collaborate with supporting departments to resolve issues satisfactorily
  • Complete sales documentation, including quotations, proposals, and tenders
  • Lead the creation and delivery of new business presentations
  • Update the CRM system with customer and opportunity information
  • Provide accurate and timely information to the manager and internal teams
  • Contribute to the broader sales team by promoting ideas to assist colleagues
  • Work professionally and constructively to promote the company
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the manager in the company's best interest
