Business Development Manager(m/w/x)
Driving new business and client retention for integrated IP network solutions in EMEA hospitality at a networking technology partner. French hospitality industry knowledge required. Extensive EMEA travel expected.

Aufgaben
- Build an annual Sales Development plan
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of business opportunities
- Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual new business sales targets
- Retain existing customers and extend their service contracts
- Maximize revenue opportunities and ensure business profitability
- Respond to customer and partner queries professionally and promptly
- Collaborate with supporting departments to resolve issues satisfactorily
- Complete sales documentation, including quotations, proposals, and tenders
- Lead the creation and delivery of new business presentations
- Update the CRM system with customer and opportunity information
- Provide accurate and timely information to the manager and internal teams
- Contribute to the broader sales team by promoting ideas to assist colleagues
- Work professionally and constructively to promote the company
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the manager in the company's best interest
