Anforderungen

  • 5 years' experience in business development, account management, or technology environment
  • 5 years' experience in business technical sales or consulting
  • Technical sales or operational experience in process modelling, simulation, and optimization
  • Understanding of operations technology and enterprise software
  • Degree in engineering science discipline
  • C-Level client relationship management skills
  • Domain knowledge, business stakes understanding, and customer network
  • Ability to communicate AVEVA Simulation value proposition
  • Strategic thinking and growth orientation
  • Negotiation skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Professional, assertive, decisive, and self-motivated
  • Initiative and capability to work without supervision
  • Successful completion of comprehensive background check

Aufgaben

  • Meet and exceed pipeline quotas for Simulation
  • Exceed assigned sales quotas for the Simulation portfolio
  • Provide expertise in steady-state and dynamic process modelling
  • Offer domain knowledge in process optimization
  • Support simulation-based real-time applications
  • Collaborate with regional sales and pre-sales teams
  • Acquire new customers and generate new business
  • Support the sales process from lead generation to closing
  • Shape marketing and demand generation for Process Simulation
  • Identify new opportunities with AVEVA sales resources
  • Analyze customer needs, competition, and industry trends
  • Articulate software value propositions in a compelling fashion
