- Deep understanding of military procurement processes and compliance requirements
- Well-established network within the defence and security sectors
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, stakeholder management, and teamwork skills
- Self-driven and able to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
- Fluency in English with ability to negotiate complex deals; additional languages are a strong plus
Aufgaben
- Drive go-to-market strategy for military and law enforcement
- Develop business activities across Europe
- Shape customer relationships and win tenders
- Establish strategic partnerships in defense and security
- Take ownership of the European military and law enforcement business
- Identify and create demand for products
- Expand key accounts in the sector
- Analyze markets to find new opportunities
- Assess competitive landscape and entry barriers
- Identify and win Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and tenders
- Serve as liaison between military customers and product team
- Ensure customer insights inform product innovation
- Partner with local sales teams for military procurement
- Provide expertise, training, and resources for engagements
- Build and evaluate partnerships with integrators and resellers
- Collaborate with defense contractors
