Anforderungen
- •Excellent knowledge of the European automotive aftermarket at both regional and national levels
- •Completed commercial training and several years of successful experience in the independent aftermarket Europe
- •Excellent network in the independent aftermarket (national/international)
- •High level of commitment and initiative
- •Strong communication skills and convincing appearance
- •Strong negotiation skills and willingness to take calculated risks
- •Proper handling of direct reporting lines and matrix organization
- •Good German and English skills, both written and spoken
- •Willingness to travel in Europe and participate in international events and trade shows
- •High level of initiative, commitment, ambition, and energy
- •Analytical, pragmatic, proactive person with a hunger for success

- •Acquire new customers and define sales channels
- •Develop and implement sales strategies to meet revenue targets
- •Sell high-quality OES and OES products in the International Aftermarket
- •Monitor and manage the existing customer structure
- •Convert sales opportunities into long-term customer accounts
- •Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
- •Collaborate with internal teams such as sales and marketing
- •Participate in industry events and trade shows
- •Expand SEG's market presence through networking
- •Independently acquire and manage key customers
- •Implement pricing strategies aligned with revenue and EBIT targets
- •Monitor and plan customer revenues and forecasts
- •Communicate with sales, marketing, production, and logistics teams
- •Negotiate contracts with key and new customers
