Anforderungen

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or related field, or relevant experience with strong commercial mindset
  • Previous experience in business development, sales, client relations, or partnership management, ideally in entertainment, experiential, cultural, creative, or technology sectors
  • Excellent organizational and project coordination skills, ability to manage multiple priorities, work under deadlines, attention to detail
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, confident and professional presence, ability to build trusted relationships
  • Quick learner with strong business acumen, ability to understand complex projects, identify opportunities, adapt proactively
  • Positive, proactive, solutions-oriented mindset, passion for immersive experiences, cultural projects, innovation, contributing to growth
