Anforderungen
- Senior background in R&D, Business Development, Project Management, or Customer Solution Management
- Proven experience developing PFS and injection devices
- Over 5 years experience with drug-device combination products
- Strong knowledge of injectable products, delivery systems, medical device commercialization
- Strong understanding of contract reviews, pricing strategies, P&L, COGS, and pricing models
- Experience managing external suppliers, technical quotations, and industrial specifications
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to adapt relational style to stakeholders
- Results-driven mindset
- Constructive assertiveness
- Ability to thrive in complex or ambiguous environments
- High international mobility
- Valid Swiss work visa
Aufgaben
- Lead end-to-end business development programs
- Drive pipeline expansion with pharma and biotech partners
- Engage partners from clinical phases to commercial supply
- Develop market intelligence on drug delivery trends
- Analyze customer needs and competitive landscapes
- Translate pharma pipeline insights into strategic growth fields
- Monitor primary container and delivery system developments
- Serve as a subject matter expert internally and externally
- Engage global pharma and biotech customers
- Identify customer requirements and new opportunities
- Promote BD's technical capabilities and product portfolio
- Drive product adoption and partnerships
- Guide customers through combination product development programs
- Collaborate on go-to-market strategies with product teams
- Lead cross-functional teams for lead qualification
- Manage innovation projects
- Develop commercial agreements
- Identify and cultivate pharma ecosystem partnerships
- Represent BD at global industry conferences
- Represent BD at trade shows and scientific events
- Manage key accounts with diplomacy and strategic influence
- Maintain and expand relationships with senior decision-makers
- Maintain and expand relationships with global consultants
