Anforderungen
- Proven track record in Business Continuity Management (financial services/banking/financial market infrastructure focus)
- Very good knowledge of BCM practices, protocols, standards (BCI/DR/ISO), and regulations (MaRisk, EMIR, BAIT, DORA)
- Good knowledge/experience in incident & crisis management framework design, operational resilience, vendor management/resilience, IT Infrastructure, IT & Cyber Security (plus)
- Good knowledge of DBG operational risk profile and business model (Eurex Clearing)
- Excellent analytical skills, creativity, critical thinking, problem identification and solution proposal ability
- Fluency in English (German desired)
- Team player with strong communication and soft skills
- High motivation
- Excellent command of MS Office applications
Aufgaben
- Develop, improve, and maintain a compliant BCMS.
- Enhance second-line defense oversight of Business and IT Operations.
- Develop, improve, and maintain incident and crisis response structures.
- Coordinate and support yearly Business Impact Analysis assessments.
- Coordinate and support BCM test execution.
- Report on assessment and BCM test outcomes.
- Design, collect, monitor, and report BCM KPI/KRI metrics.
- Provide guidance on business continuity plans and interdependencies.
- Foster awareness of business continuity management.
- Facilitate proactive involvement in business continuity management.
- Interact with Information Security, Outsourcing, and Risk Management.
- Provide input and support to key projects and change processes.
- Interact with external BCM interest groups and organizations.
- Stay informed on regulatory changes and industry best practices.
