Anforderungen
- University degree in Business Administration, Risk Management, Security Management, or comparable field
- Several years of professional experience in Business Continuity Management, Crisis Management, Risk Management, or related role
- Strong knowledge of BCM standards and best practices (e.g., ISO 22301) and regulatory frameworks such as NIS2 and KRITIS
- Strong analytical, structured, and solution-oriented working style
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including interaction with senior management
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CBCI, MBCI, ISO 22301 Lead Implementer/Auditor) are an advantage
- Fluency in English, German language skills are a plus
Aufgaben
- Develop and implement the Business Continuity Management (BCM) framework
- Continuously improve BCM in line with recognized standards and regulations
- Conduct and coordinate Business Impact Analyses (BIA) and risk assessments
- Identify critical processes, dependencies, and recovery objectives
- Develop, maintain, and test business continuity and crisis management plans
- Conduct exercises and simulations for recovery plans
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements for critical services
- Support internal and external audits related to BCM
- Coordinate crisis response activities during major incidents
- Collaborate with Corporate Functions and Operating Companies on BCM
- Prepare management reports, dashboards, and briefings for leadership
- Drive BCM awareness and resilience culture through training and communication
- Act as a point of contact for stakeholders on business continuity topics
