Anforderungen
- •Completed scientific degree or equivalent qualification according to § 75 AMG
- •Several years of experience in sales or marketing of prescription drugs
- •Proven leadership experience including coaching, performance management, and talent development
- •Solid understanding of the German healthcare system and experience in matrix and cross-functional teams
- •High data competence and experience with CRM, BI tools, and omnichannel logic
- •Strong communication and influence skills as well as strategic thinking ability
- •Experience in transformation processes and introduction of new working methods (e.g., data-driven sales, digital formats)
- •Affinity for digital tools and AI-driven insights
- •Entrepreneurial mindset and innovation capability
- •Very good German and English language skills
