- •Completed commercial apprenticeship or degree in business administration
- •Team player supporting cross-departmental projects
- •High motivation, organization, and sales orientation
- •Excellent communication skills and German language skills
- •Independent, team-oriented, and reliable working style
- •Ability to think outside the box for product and process optimization

- •Maintain day-to-day relationships with assigned brokers
- •Build long-term relationships with accounts
- •Help brokers achieve their business goals
- •Represent iwoca with in-depth knowledge of the company
- •Follow up on existing loan offers with brokers
