- •University degree in Science or Business
- •MBA or postgraduate marketing qualification preferred
- •3-5 years pharmaceutical/oncology marketing or sales
- •Experience in Switzerland with regional exposure ideally
- •Success in Oncology brand management
- •Specialty Care experience is a plus
- •Creativity and solution orientation
- •Experience with innovative communication channels
- •Project management experience
- •Lateral leadership skills
- •Teamwork, accountability, and communication strengths
- •Organizational strengths
- •Expertise in brand building
- •Expertise in multi-channel engagement
- •Fluency in English and German
- •French language skills are an advantage

- •Partner with sales for field execution
- •Deliver impactful product-related training
- •Provide continuous marketing support to sales
- •Collaborate with regulatory and medical functions
- •Coordinate with purchasing, controlling, and market access
- •Track and measure brand activities via reporting tools
- •Manage brand objectives and budget targets
- •Support ILD therapeutic areas as needed
