- •Experience in Specialty care (ILD and oncology preferred)
- •Success in strategic account management and stakeholder engagement
- •Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities
- •Fluency in English and regional language (Italian advantageous)
- •Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel

- •Build trusted partnerships with key healthcare decision-makers
- •Act as a subject matter expert for the portfolio
- •Analyze patient pathways to identify care barriers
- •Develop and maintain comprehensive regional account plans
- •Align activities with therapeutic area objectives
- •Leverage digital tools for stakeholder engagement and tracking
- •Drive strategic engagement for upcoming product launches
- •Collaborate cross-functionally to optimize patient access
