Anforderungen
- Completed studies as Engineer/Technician in automation, electrical engineering, IT, mechatronics, or equivalent education
- 2-5 years professional experience in production, special machine construction, automotive industry on automation solutions planning
- Experience in partial and full automation of manufacturing processes
- Good PLC, HMI, robotics programming experience
- Experience with MES applications and industrialized networks desirable
- Experience in IT/OT area desirable
- Demonstrated success and project implementation in the field
- Supervised development and commissioning of production systems desirable
- Structured, project-focused, punctual, budget-conscious, dynamic, flexible working style
- Fluent German and English language skills
Aufgaben
- Design and optimize automation systems for supercapacitor production
- Program and maintain PLCs and industrial control systems
- Develop and maintain HMI/SCADA systems for production monitoring
- Integrate robotics, vision systems, and advanced sensors
- Lead commissioning and validation of new production equipment
- Troubleshoot and resolve automation-related production issues
- Collaborate with process engineers to improve yield and quality
- Support data acquisition systems and implement Industry 4.0 solutions
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and CE regulations
- Contribute to continuous improvement and lean manufacturing
