Anforderungen
- Advanced graduate degree in Management, Finance, Economics or Law
- At least 2/3 years of professional experience in a company, bank or auditing firm
- Experience with and knowledge of ESG / sustainability / non-financial reporting (standards, regulations, trends, developments) and/or other complex reporting processes
- Proven expertise in relevant reporting standards (e.g. TCFD) and understanding of regulatory requirements (e.g. SFDR or CSRD)
- Experience in managing projects
- Detail-oriented with robust quantitative, analytical and problem-solving skills and high accuracy
- Hands-on mentality and persistence to carry out projects and tasks
- Good written and oral communication skills
- Fluency in English
- Enjoyment of working in a dynamic multicultural business environment
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite
- Interest in innovative IT solutions
Aufgaben
- Manage project implementation of new sustainability reporting standards
- Develop technical concepts for sustainability reporting
- Coordinate with auditors and external consultants on reporting
- Contribute to Allianz Group's sustainability reporting preparation
- Cooperate in regulatory fund reporting
- Ensure audit compliance of ESG/sustainability reporting
- Manage internal and external auditing processes
- Define sustainability reporting guidelines
- Provide training on sustainability reporting
- Support teams in designing reporting processes and controls
- Develop internal processes, control systems, and structures for ESG/sustainability reporting
- Monitor regulatory requirements for sustainability reporting (e.g., SFDR, Taxonomy Regulation)
- Drive implementation of regulatory requirements
- Act as thought leader for strategic development of sustainability reporting
- Perform sustainability data management and data collection
- Coordinate sustainability data management and data collection
- Develop ESG-related portfolio analyses
- Carry out ESG-related portfolio analyses
- Benchmark sustainability/ESG performance
- Optimize sustainability data and information
- Further develop sustainability data and information
- Implement quality management procedures with relevant teams
- Support development of sustainability data strategy
- Serve as key contact for clients regarding sustainability data
