- •Degree in HR, Economics, Social Sciences or comparable education
- •Minimum 4 years of HR experience
- •Result-oriented teamwork and willingness to learn
- •Analytical and conceptual thinking skills
- •Excellent organizational skills
- •Strong communication and presentation skills
- •Fluent German and English skills
- •Very good MS Office knowledge
- •Experience as an HRBP
- •Strong training facilitation skills
- •Proficiency with HR Information Systems
- •Ability to influence and engage stakeholders
- •Experience in global cross-functional organizations
- •Ability to manage multiple programs simultaneously
- •Strong leadership and change management skills
- •Eligibility to work in country of application
