  • •Complete functional rotations across pharmaceutical and life science sectors
  • •Solve complex problems under senior consultant guidance
  • •Develop strategy and growth optimization plans
  • •Advise senior-level executives on business challenges
  • •Participate in professional trainings and mentoring programs
  • •Manage individual assignments in Healthcare and Electronics
  • •Support day-to-day operations in marketing and R&D
  • •Complete a three-to-four-month international assignment
  • •Lead complex projects within a matrix organization
