Aufgaben
- Perform high-throughput protein interaction screening using BLI and HT-SPR
- Plan and execute established assays for binding kinetics and epitope binning
- Develop and optimize project-specific protein interaction assays
- Implement new technologies and methodologies in the lab
- Track samples and document experimental data electronically
- Analyze and report experimental results in written and meeting formats
- Conduct literature reviews on method development and emerging technologies
- Coordinate maintenance and servicing of laboratory equipment
