Associate Director Global Medical Affairs(m/w/x)
Building and executing global medical plans for rare disease therapies, engaging with global KOLs. MD or PhD with deep haematology therapeutic area knowledge required. Global collaboration across diverse teams and stakeholders.
Anforderungen
- Deep understanding and knowledge of PNH, ITP, aplastic anaemia, and related haematology therapeutic areas
- Productive relationships with key external stakeholders
- Productive relationships within cross-functional teams, affiliate offices, and partners
- Adherence to highest scientific/ethical standards and medical regulations
- Medical degree (MD) or PhD
- Highly desired experience in Hematology therapeutic area
- Desirable global launch experience
- Experience and ability to engage with key external stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to build and execute medical plans
- Preferred >5 years relevant experience in pharmaceutical/biotech industry (e.g., Medical Affairs, Scientific Communications, Clinical/Preclinical Sciences)
- Demonstrated ability to evaluate and analyze medical/scientific data and literature
- Demonstrated presentation and communication skills
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
Aufgaben
- Build and execute global medical and tactical plans
- Manage engagement with global KOLs
- Co-lead evidence generation workshops
- Review and answer Medical Information questions
- Support development of external reactive slide decks
- Provide input to Phase 3-4 clinical studies
- Support scientific communications with internal cross-functional colleagues
- Facilitate and support internal and external training
- Support development of internal and external training materials
- Provide scientific input for internal and external publications
- Support cross-functional projects
- Provide scientific input, review, and approve promotional materials
