Anforderungen
- Advanced degree in Biochemistry, Biology, Chemistry, Pharmacy or related scientific discipline; PhD preferred
- Proven expertise in assay development and analytical validation for PK, ADA, and biomarker testing
- Strong understanding of GCP, GLP, IVD frameworks, and FDA/EMA regulatory expectations
- Ability to communicate complex scientific concepts clearly and impactfully
- Excellent analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities
- Fluent English skills; proficiency in German or Chinese is an advantage
Aufgaben
- Shape biomarker and bioanalytical strategies for biologics and ADCs
- Drive biomarker testing strategies for clinical trials and CDx initiatives
- Serve as a scientific expert in selecting analytical technologies (LC-MS, LBA, CBA, flow cytometry, IHC)
- Collaborate with R&D, Translational Sciences, and Clinical Pharmacology teams
- Support global selection and management of external partners and specialty labs
- Ensure technical excellence and regulatory compliance with vendors, including those in China
- Lead method transfer to external laboratories
- Guide method development and validation at contract labs
- Provide strategic oversight of external labs for feasibility studies, assay development, optimization, and validation
