- Support the opening of new stores in Cologne
- Oversee day-to-day store operations and staffing
- Manage sales and customer experience
- Take full ownership of P&L and financial activities
- Develop business strategies for a set of stores
- Collaborate with Founders to plan for business growth
- Facilitate area meetings to share innovative ideas
- Foster an open and collaborative business planning environment
- Create succession plans to support team success
- Communicate company initiatives as a culture ambassador
- Build an engaging and inspiring work environment
- Meet quality objectives and operational standards
- Drive initiatives to improve the customer experience
- Support store teams by working behind the counter
