Applications Engineer - Software focus(m/w/x)

In this role, you will support Ethernet endpoints and switches by answering technical questions, creating user-friendly documentation, and identifying areas for improvement in customer enablement materials. Your contributions will directly enhance the customer experience with Microchip products.

Anforderungen

  • •Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent
  • •Strong knowledge of programming languages, including C, C++, Python, and embedded languages
  • •Strong knowledge of Linux operating systems
  • •Strong experience in customer support and enablement
  • •Knowledge of embedded processor development flow and ecosystems
  • •Knowledge of Ethernet communication protocols, including TCP/IP, UDP, CoAP, SomeIP
  • •Knowledge of networking and network management concepts and applications

  • •Create high-level requirements for development teams
