- Ability to travel domestically and within DACH CWE up to 60%
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Healthcare/computer science/adult education experience
- One year software training experience
- Strong German written and verbal communication skills
- Strong English written and verbal communication skills
- Willingness to travel frequently
Aufgaben
- Train customers, colleagues, and Distributor Specialists
- Support Marketing and Sales teams
- Handle customer requests professionally and timely
- Assist at exhibitions, conferences, and seminars
- Build long-term positive customer relationships
- Act on customer feedback to improve NPS and satisfaction
- Exceed customer expectations in service delivery
- Manage customer evaluations and assessments
- Monitor trends in student performance and satisfaction
- Communicate customer needs to Product and Project management
- Proactively share regional requirements with product development
