Anforderungen

- Physics knowledge or hospital information systems competence
- Medical devices industry knowledge and experience
- Ideally MR imaging and Radiotherapy experience
- Sales and negotiation experience in medical equipment
- Driven sales attitude and persistence
- Fluency in oral and written English
- Fluency in oral and written German
- Experience in geographically dispersed sales environments
- IT competence in Microsoft suite and CRM
- Strong interpersonal and relationship development skills
- Ability to work strategically and operationally

Aufgaben
- Develop the installed base and turnover for the Elekta Oncology portfolio
- Implement strategies to increase sales of products and services
- Increase revenue generated by after-sales service solutions
- Manage the sales cycle from prospecting and quoting to closing
- Identify and collect customer expectations for the entire Elekta suite
- Establish partnership relationships and mutual growth with customers
- Identify and engage with Key Opinion Leaders in the area
- Consolidate awareness of Elekta products and services
- Qualify overall customer needs during site visits
- Collaborate with Business Lines to meet specific customer requirements
- Monitor and ensure customer satisfaction for the installed base
- Coordinate sales actions with marketing, applications, and project management
- Identify business volume maps of area sales opportunities
- Build and implement commercial action plans to achieve objectives
- Develop recurring revenues through installed base upgrades and service orders
- Report figures and generate reliable radiotherapy forecasts
- Maintain up-to-date forecasts, contacts, and competitor data in CLM
- Develop commercial offers and monitor technical file implementation
- Create and review quotes using Oracle CPQ within price guidelines
- Visit the installed base regularly to monitor needs and feedback
- Visit competitor sites to influence upcoming purchasing decisions
- Document site visits with detailed reports for sales and marketing
- Participate in congresses to identify new sector opportunities
- Update customer and prospect listings within the CLM system
- Share customer expectations regarding RT and SRS solutions with marketing
- Analyze competitor offers and market strategies
