- Solid analytical thinking and willingness to understand technical/product challenges
- Interest in building great user experiences and implementing custom UI components
- Good communication skills and openness to ask questions, give feedback, learn
- Fluent English (writing and reading), German a plus
- Ability and motivation to quickly pick up new concepts and adapt to Android framework changes
- Curiosity about other technologies and platforms beyond Android
- Interest in investing or digital finance (a plus)
- Curiosity about or customer of Scalable Capital (ideally)
