- Architect and pioneer microservices for performance, security, and cost-efficiency
- Collaborate with teams to understand platform requirements
- Lead design and development of 'Service in a day' application templates
- Pioneer adoption of AI coding tools for developer workflows
- Drive critical technology migrations, centralizing best practices
- Take ownership of core architectural components and integration libraries
- Research and develop service/storage improvements using serverless technologies
- Optimize services and CI/CD for scalability, cost, and performance
- Act as central expert for vulnerability analysis of key frameworks
- Identify false positives and create reusable security solution patterns
- Mentor software development teams to foster DevOps culture
- Educate teams and provide reusable building blocks
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends in application frameworks
- Design and implement best practices for application performance and security
- Take ownership of central services like GraphQL Hive and gateway
- Manage AWS services including ECS, Elasticache, and Opensearch
- Manage messaging solutions like SNS, SQS, and Kafka
