Consultative sales of automated immunoassay instruments and consumables to life science researchers. Minimum 2 years sales experience in life science tools required. Employee stock purchase plan and mentorship program.
Anforderungen
- 5+ years experience in Life Science tools
- 2+ years sales experience in related market
- Desirable (Automated) Immunoassay experience
- Interpersonal, presentation, and territory management skills
- Knowledge of laboratory techniques and pharmaceutical equipment
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate on technical levels
- Proficiency in listening and value proposition translation
- Knowledge of MS Office, PowerPoint and Salesforce.com
- High degree of independence and self-starter
- Interest in working in team environments
- High motivation and strong desire to succeed
Aufgaben
- Sell automated immunoassay instruments and related consumables
- Develop and execute strategic plans for the assay solutions portfolio
- Increase sales and grow market share in the assigned territory
- Achieve sales targets using consultative selling methods
- Maintain and develop incremental business in existing and new accounts
- Collaborate with the Commercial Team to provide comprehensive solutions
- Visit customers in the field 75% of the time
- Apply knowledge of scientific methods and reagents to the product line
- Provide accurate sales forecasts for instruments and reagents
- Manage leads, customers, and opportunities in SalesForce.com
- Plan and execute account management to accomplish company goals
- Communicate value propositions and competitive advantages to customers
