- Ability to determine necessary repairs
- Skill in interpreting technical data
- Physical ability to climb and bend

- Monitor safety, training, and certification requirements
- Perform daily safety and foreign object damage inspections
- Manage tool control and equipment calibration records
- Maintain quality and safety documentation
- Coordinate with customer quality assurance representatives
- Audit aircraft maintenance forms and records
