Anforderungen
- •Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
- •Experience in technical coordination of aircraft, particularly storage and de-storage procedures
- •Proven experience in aircraft manufacturing, assembly, or project management
- •Confident communication in English; knowledge of another language (especially German or French) advantageous
- •Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills; dynamic, independent, and flexible mindset
- •Team player focused on delivering excellent customer service
- •Strong leadership and management skills; ability to motivate and coordinate teams

Aufgaben
- •Attend Section Hand Over (SHO) meetings for incoming aircraft and update the folio in ACPNG
- •Check work order conformity according to referenced documents and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards
- •Schedule and steer work orders based on priority plans, aircraft access, availability, and customer lead time requirements
- •Coordinate with relevant parties to ensure timely delivery of information, engineering solutions, parts, tools, and aircraft access
- •Follow up on all open points for the assigned aircraft daily and update the status in GPAO, ACPNG, TANDEM, KPI SLA, OTD, etc.
- •Ensure timely closure of all points to meet the green targets defined by the customer and internal end of work goals
- •Report on the progress of open points to customers and interfaces via email, daily meetings, and direct communication
- •Prepare and present the aircraft handover presentation
