- •University degree in Computer Science or related
- •Seven years software engineering experience
- •Three years Azure architecture experience
- •Three years ML/LLM Operations experience
- •Three years agile team experience
- •Experience delivering automations at scale
- •Experience running production services
- •Experience with security and compliance stakeholders
- •Relevant certifications as a plus
- •Knowledge of Azure and architecture patterns
- •Experience with production-grade vector databases
- •Experience with container technologies ideally
- •Experience with relational databases
- •Experience with Agile and DevOps practices
- •Interpersonal skills and English communication
- •Ability to communicate technical solutions
- •Ability to drive conceptual ideas

- •Own the AI services architecture, roadmap, and OKRs
- •Lead technical engineering for a small squad
- •Automate Azure AI services via Terraform and GitOps
- •Enable repeatable self-service workflows for AI workloads
- •Set up standard evaluations, policies, and guardrails
- •Manage model lifecycles and information security integration
- •Design and operate a companywide AI Gateway
- •Evolve LLMOPS capabilities and technical model governance
- •Establish robust RAG and context engineering patterns
- •Architect and operate enterprise agentic runtime capabilities
- •Research and onboard multi-party AI PaaS and SaaS
- •Implement operational readiness and reliability targets
- •Drive security and governance-by-design for AI services
- •Manage audits for all AI services
- •Establish AI security and compliance controls
- •Enable adoption through documentation and advisory support
