In this role, you will lead the architecture of AI/ML solutions on Azure, engaging with clients to identify opportunities and guiding teams in best practices. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include mentoring, overseeing multiple projects, and staying ahead of AI trends to enhance client solutions.

Anforderungen

• •7+ years of experience in data analytics and software development
• •4–5 years in designing and implementing ML/AI solutions at scale
• •Fluency in German and English
• •Deep hands-on knowledge of Azure data and AI services
• •Strong skills in system design and integration
• •Solid understanding of MLOps principles
• •Proficiency in Python and common ML frameworks
• •Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
• •Broad knowledge of machine learning and AI techniques
• •Relevant certifications in Azure and AI
• •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field

• •Own the end-to-end architecture for AI/ML solutions on Azure
• •Develop high-level solution designs that integrate with existing data platforms

• •Establish and enforce MLOps best practices for the team
• •Implement reproducible workflows and CI/CD for ML models
• •Automate testing and monitor model performance in production
• •Stay updated on the latest AI trends and Azure services
• •Evaluate new technologies and incorporate generative AI capabilities
• •Oversee multiple AI projects, ensuring architectural consistency
• •Act as the go-to expert for complex technical problems
• •Contribute to internal Data & AI capability development
• •Develop reusable architecture blueprints and reference implementations
• •Lead knowledge-sharing sessions and training for colleagues
