As an AI Engineer, you will develop innovative AI features and integrations that enhance the core product. Your work will involve collaborating with various teams to create secure, efficient, and user-friendly AI solutions for legal professionals.

Anforderungen

• •Deep experience building products integrating large language models via APIs
• •Proficiency with FastAPI, Python, and common data science packages
• •Strong understanding of software engineering and security best practices
• •Experience with modern AI developer tools (e.g., Cursor, Claude Code, Copilot)
• •Bonus: experience with TypeScript and front-end development
• •Excellent communication skills in English; German fluency is a plus
• •Entrepreneurial mindset and deep sense of urgency in achieving goals

Aufgaben

• •Design, implement, and maintain AI-driven product features using LLM APIs
• •Develop chat-based user experiences and non-visible AI integrations
• •Build and optimize retrieval-augmented generation systems
• •Create scalable backend systems with FastAPI and modern Python tools
• •Design agent orchestration systems for complex legal workflows
• •Establish infrastructure for evaluations and continuous monitoring of AI features
• •Ensure high security, reliability, and data privacy across all systems
• •Collaborate with Product and Legal Engineering to prototype and refine AI use cases
• •Explore new models, tools, and techniques in AI development
• •Contribute to a fast-paced, execution-focused engineering culture
