- Strong people leadership and coaching skills

- Ability to bring clarity in emerging agent patterns, tooling, and best practices
- Strong software engineering background
- Ability to discuss distributed systems, APIs, and system design
- Willingness to dive into workflow logic, integrations, or AI systems
- Cross-functional alignment experience
- Experience working with Product and Design on end-user-facing builder experiences
- High-growth SaaS experience
- Understanding of scaling teams and systems in fast-moving environments
- AI/agent exposure
- Experience with LLMs, agents, or automation systems
- Understanding of AI/agent strengths, limitations, and failure modes
- n8n or workflow tooling familiarity
- Experience with n8n or similar automation platforms
