- Proven experience in Data Science / Data Engineering
- Advanced statistical analysis, EDA, and hypothesis-driven modeling
- Strong Python/R proficiency for data science (pandas, numpy, scikit-learn)
- AI-supported development skills
- Expertise in feature engineering, data preparation, and quality assessment
- Ability to select appropriate models based on problem and data maturity
- Understanding of LLMs and AI approaches (limitations, bias, quality)
- Strong analytical storytelling for business decisions
- Experience with data processing and pipelines
- Basic understanding of cloud & AI Ops concepts
- Strong problem-solving skills with analytical mindset
- Team-orientation and openness to collaboration
- Ability to explain technical concepts to stakeholders
- Experience in B2B or sales analytics (advantageous)
- Knowledge of renewable energy or technology sector (advantageous)
Aufgaben
- Prepare and clean data for model training
- Ensure data quality, consistency, and availability
- Integrate data from CRM, ERP, and other business systems
- Build and maintain data pipelines
- Perform feature engineering
- Optimize machine learning models
- Support model deployment and integration
- Monitor and improve model performance
- Design and optimize prompts and LLM-based solutions
- Assist in designing internal compliance frameworks
- Ensure ethical standards and operational standards
- Comply with laws, rules, and regulations (e.g., EU AI Act, GDPR)
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements
- Provide technical input to project teams
- Continuously improve AI development processes
