- Manage software development processes
- Coordinate tasks in people management
- Facilitate iteration planning
- Align and correct course during iterations
- Refine the overall Product Backlog
- Review results with stakeholders
- Conduct agile organization retrospectives
- Identify and prioritize impediments
- Manage impediments actively
- Foster collaboration between roles and teams
- Promote a constructive feedback culture
- Lead Agile Masters
- Drive continuous improvement
- Participate in the global agile community
- Support SEEBURGER’s agile transformation
