- Organized and detail-oriented
- High degree of passion, energy and drive
- Willingness to travel as necessary
Aufgaben
- Support solution sales as a technical expert
- Develop and contribute to sales campaigns for the customer lifecycle
- Maintain a showcase of CRM solutions on the ServiceNow platform
- Lead discovery workshops to identify customer business challenges
- Deliver product demonstrations to align solutions with customer needs
- Address product feature and technical questions from customers and partners
- Configure demonstration environments to meet customer requirements
- Provide in-person and WebEx product demonstrations
- Offer feedback to product management for enhancements
- Share best practices with other Solution Consultants
- Stay updated on competitive analyses and differentiators
- Communicate with business and technical decision makers
- Respond to Request for Information/Proposal documents
- Support marketing events like user conferences and webinars
- Act as the ServiceNow subject matter expert at marketing events
