Anforderungen
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Acoustics, or related field, or Tonmeister degree
- 5+ years of experience in audio systems, sound tuning, or related audio fields
- Strong knowledge of acoustics, sound reproduction, loudspeaker design, audio system development, sound quality evaluation, acoustical engineering, transducer engineering, DSP, amplifier engineering, psychoacoustics, or recording arts
- Familiarity with audio tools, product development best practices, algorithm development or programming (e.g., MATLAB, C, C++)
- Strong problem-solving, collaboration, and project management skills
- Fluent English communication skills; additional languages are a plus
- Willingness to travel regularly and a valid driver's license
- Golden Ears certification
- Experience working with overseas companies in Asia, Europe and US
- Music related expertise
- Fluent English

Aufgaben
- Tune non-branded audio systems in automotive environments
- Execute non-branded sound tuning for OEM audio systems
- Prepare technical requirements and report presentations
- Provide technical support and guidance
- Develop and document tools and best practices
- Plan and manage customer projects
- Align with internal and external stakeholders
- Pick up and deliver cars to the car lab
- Prepare for internal and external audits
- Support or execute mechanical tasks
- Disassemble and mount hardware components
- Create and maintain project documentation and reporting
- Travel to customers and other Harman sites
