Aufgaben
- Build and maintain client and affiliate communications
- Create newsletters and updates about promotions and program developments
- Develop relationships with clients and partners
- Produce detailed reports using Excel (pivot tables, v-lookups)
- Track performance and analyze data for insights
- Summarize findings and provide actionable recommendations
- Manage client tasks with minimal supervision
- Prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Flag potential delays and keep the team informed
- Leverage tools and client tracking platforms
- Manage multiple affiliate campaigns
- Organize tasks by priority
- Identify areas for process improvement
- Provide proactive support to peers and clients
- Manage risks and track fraud
- Ensure compliance with program terms and conditions
- Collaborate with peers and management for process improvements
- Serve as a resource for peers
- Share best practices and insights
- Present new campaign ideas to managers
- Troubleshoot and resolve account and affiliate issues independently
- Develop new ideas and improve processes
- Take on new account responsibilities
- Contribute to relationship-building and firm development
