- Support Affiliate and Influencer marketing strategy in Germany
- Align strategy with business goals and local market nuances
- Manage day-to-day operations of German Affiliate and Influencer network
- Build a pipeline of potential partners
- Manage relationships with partners

- Optimize and report on partner performance
- Identify and vet potential partners
- Onboard and assist partners across platforms
- Drive brand awareness and user acquisition
- Conduct data-driven research and analysis
- Provide insights to optimize channel performance
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders
- Work with Head of Growth, Marketing Strategy, and Product Marketing
- Activate channels for marketing campaigns
- Report on channel performance and insights
- Present strategic plans in growth steering meetings
- Define and improve marketing processes
- Track partnership performance
- Manage attribution and budgeting for the German market
