Anforderungen
- 2+ years in client success, account management, or similar customer-facing role
- Proven track record managing and growing client portfolio
- Confident use of CRM tools
- Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with hospitality sense
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Thrive in fast-paced environment, build value-driven relationships
- Fluency in German and English
- Non-smoker
- Valid work permit or Swiss passport
Aufgaben
- Manage a portfolio of 200 clients
- Build strong, long-term client relationships
- Analyze client needs for optimization
- Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities
- Drive organic growth within your segment
- Monitor key metrics to prevent churn
- Conduct contract negotiations
- Perform account reviews
- Handle renewal and termination processes
- Collaborate with Acquisition, Product, Operations, and Support teams
- Provide feedback to internal teams
