- •Experience in account management, renewals, or similar customer-facing SaaS role
- •Understanding of retention, NRR, upsell, and cross-sell motions
- •Commercial awareness linking product value to outcomes
- •Portfolio management and CRM data accuracy skills
- •Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills
- •Ability to analyse performance data and forecast renewals
- •Cross-functional collaboration in target-driven environments
- •Preferred understanding of digital advertising or search marketing

- •Own the end-to-end renewal process to ensure high retention
- •Drive portfolio expansion through strategic upsells and cross-sells
- •Position the company as a long-term partner delivering business value
- •Build detailed account plans and stakeholder maps
- •Maintain accurate forecasts and data within Salesforce
- •Lead commercial conversations and strategic business reviews
- •Partner with Customer Success to ensure client value realization
- •Collaborate with Marketing to develop impactful customer stories
- •Provide product feedback loops based on client insights
- •Ensure pipeline visibility and operational discipline across the portfolio
