- Maintain client records and partnership details in HubSpot
- Respond to investor inquiries via email, chat, and phone
- Collaborate on strategic initiatives to optimize the client journey
- Offer feedback to Product and Operations on workflows
- Offer feedback to Product and Operations on client experience
