- •Experience launching a new territory/market
- •Ability to understand complex technical requirements
- •Passion for sales and territory planning
- •Strong presentation and communication skills
- •Proven ability to lead complex negotiations
- •Superior verbal and written communication skills
- •Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment
- •Strong interest in technology and payment space
- •Representing Airwallex at client meetings

- •Utilize AI-assisted outbound strategies for prospecting
- •Collaborate closely with SDR and Marketing teams
- •Increase revenue and acquire new clients across Germany
- •Create and maintain a disciplined sales pipeline
- •Represent Airwallex at client meetings and events in Germany/DACH
- •Tailor narratives to meet buyer needs
- •Ensure meticulous CRM usage and forecasting
- •Maintain high data hygiene and a repeatable operating cadence
