Full sales cycle for SMB/mid-market construction companies in Germany. Proven cold caller with 1+ year AE experience required. Equity options, work from abroad.
Anforderungen
- 1+ year experience as Account Executive, running deals end-to-end
- Proven cold caller, building pipeline from scratch via outbound
- Own deal closes ≥ 15–20k ACV ideally in traditional industries
- B2B SaaS experience with complex, consultative sales
- Startup experience in team < 30 people, building without manual
- Native German speaker with very good English (C1+)
- Desire to be best on team, raise the bar beyond quota
- Proactive, prefers making calls over waiting for inbound
- Ability to handle objections and close contracts
- Coachable, takes feedback, adapts, and improves
- Takes ownership and develops solutions to challenges
Aufgaben
- Own full sales cycle for SMB and mid-market accounts in Germany
- Source and build your own pipeline
- Conduct cold outreach to construction companies
- Qualify and convert new leads
- Close POC contracts and expand accounts
- Build long-term relationships with operations and C-level stakeholders
- Represent comstruct at industry events and trade shows
- Collaborate with BDRs, Marketing, Customer Success, and Product
- Feed customer feedback into the product roadmap
