- 5+ years in account management, new business acquisition, and exceeding revenue targets
- Proven experience in sales methodologies such as MEDDIC, Challenger & Command of the message
- Ability to build trust and influence senior leaders and stakeholders
- Passion for continuous learning and understanding of internal products and industry trends
- Exceptional presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Knack for aligning technology solutions with business objectives
- Self-motivation, resilience, and results-driven approach
Aufgaben
- Build deep knowledge of Diligent’s products and solutions
- Prospect new and existing business within designated verticals
- Adopt a solutions selling approach to understand customer needs
- Develop solutions through the lens of the Diligent One Platform
- Foster relationships with prospects and customers
- Honor commitments and connect customers to internal stakeholders
- Develop and execute account plans to meet revenue targets
- Collaborate with stakeholders for joint account wins
- Coordinate sales actions based on customer needs and account risks
- Create specialized business plans to drive outcomes and upsells
- Present business plans to generate new opportunities
- Lead feedback processes with product management and marketing
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle using approved methodology
- Utilize sales tools to prospect leads and schedule meetings
- Maintain accurate SFDC records and forecast bookings
- Understand the competitor landscape and industry direction
