Account Executive Enterprise EU - German(m/w/x)
Selling AI-native supply chain sustainability platform to enterprise clients in EU. SaaS sales experience and quota attainment up to €1M required. 4-day work week, 6 weeks vacation.
Anforderungen
- German and English language skills
- Minimum 5 years sales experience, SaaS experience essential
- Experience in start-up sales environment
- Mastery in leading SaaS sales cycles end-to-end
- Demonstrable experience meeting/exceeding sales quotas up to €1M
- Tenacious, highly motivated hunter
- Achieved or exceeded sales quota
- Ability to penetrate and sell to executive-level decision-makers
- Identify client needs and articulate Assents offerings benefits
- Self-sufficient in sales cycle artifacts development/delivery
- Experience working with CRM tools
- Articulate, persuasive, passionate communicator
- Excellent written and verbal English skills
- Fluent German, French, Italian, or Scandinavian languages (advantage)

- Develop an account-based sales strategy
- Achieve sales quotas
- Follow a systematic sales process
- Win new customers through self-sourcing
- Conduct market research
- Respond to leads

- Manage a complex sales cycle
- Engage with senior executives and multiple stakeholders
- Manage sales activity and revenue forecasting in SalesForce
