- Collaborate with management, unit leaders, and various departments for effective integrated communication
- Lead an international PR team within the global Public Relations department
- Provide strategic consultancy and quality management for international PR campaigns
- Develop and manage new business projects to enhance the client portfolio
- Supervise financial processes and oversee the team's business plan
- Serve as the main liaison to the Controlling and Accounting Unit Directors
- Lead and develop new business tenders, ensuring quality control of contributions
- Guide team members and oversee their development and promotion opportunities
- Coordinate with HR for recruitment of new staff
- Report directly to the CEO
