Aufgaben
- Lead commercial strategy for NBA-licensed non-apparel merchandise in Europe
- Manage relationships with major big-box retailers like Kaufland, Carrefour, and MediaMarkt
- Handle specialist accounts such as TAASS, Hoopshop, and other basketball-focused retailers
- Develop and execute the European sales strategy for bags, accessories, home goods, and fan merchandise
- Achieve annual revenue, margin, and distribution targets
- Identify new retail opportunities and market gaps
- Serve as the primary commercial lead for big-box retailers
- Lead joint business planning and quarterly reviews with each account
- Negotiate pricing, terms, promotions, and distribution agreements
- Collaborate with product development and licensing teams
- Provide insights on consumer trends, competitor activity, and category performance
- Guide forecasting, demand planning, and inventory management
- Develop retailer-specific activation plans, including in-store displays and digital campaigns
- Ensure consistent NBA brand representation across all retail touchpoints
- Support sell-through via product launches and fan-engagement initiatives
- Partner with operations, logistics, finance, and licensing teams
- Provide leadership and mentorship to regional sales managers
- Represent the company at trade shows, distributor meetings, and NBA-related events
